Inside the Pyzel HQ

Yesterday we had the pleasure of a quick tour of the Pyzel Surfboard factory and showroom at Waialua on the North Shore of Oahu.  The industrial zone is home to a bunch of the worlds best shapers, including Eric Arakawa, John Carper and Wade Tokoro.  The area is as core as it gets, housing boards for some of the worlds greatest surfers – past and present.  New and used options are available, from the Padiallac to the model ridden by John Florence himself – The Ghost.  In fact, Mr Florence’s boards can be seen all over the factory – from memorabilia to repairs to new custom orders – including his very first Pyzel surfboard proudly on display.

Enjoy.
