Well known & much-loved Surf brand O’Neill Australia are looking for a Customer Service/Internal Sales leader!
O’Neill, the original surf, snow and lifestyle brand, founded in 1952 continues to be one of the world’s leading surf/snow and lifestyle brands. We pride ourselves on our professional, yet relaxed culture where we offer a genuine commitment to teamwork and flexibility.
This position is a full-time role at our head office, based in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm however we do offer flexible hours to maximise time in the surf, time with the family and time out of traffic!
Reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Lead the team delivering exceptional customer service to our accounts and sales representatives
- Work with the sales manager on key account management/order fulfilment and sales strategic plans
- Responsibility for the order file accuracy working with the team on post seasonal indent cleanse, delivery months and substitutions
- Key contributor to driving in-season sales campaigns supporting a motivated sales team
- Oversee the warranty/returns process
The successful applicant will be able to provide the highest customer service/internal sales standards, have strong computer experience (including Microsoft excel & outlook), strong written and verbal communication skills and be the ultimate team leader.
To be successful in this role you will require extensive experience in a similar role and/or some formal training in the area of customer service, internal sales.
Strong leadership experience, excellent communication, written, skills and fast/thorough problem-solving skills are essential.
