The team at City Beach have released a video clip celebrating an exciting partnership with TruRating. TruRating is an innovative, multi-channel feedback solution, allowing City Beach to capture over 80% of customer feedback at checkout.

The video describes about TruRating has changed the way they gather feedback from their customers.
